Curtain installation and fitting
Why hire a handyman to hang your curtains? Hanging curtains can be a relatively easy job to do but sometimes you might encounter a few problems that you might not know how to deal with.
Those problems can be hidden pipes, lintel, electrical wires, crumbly walls and plaster that needs repairing. More often than not stores will provide you with basic rawl plugs which are not strong enough to hold the weight of your curtains depending on what kind of walls you have. We tend to use our own wall plugs to ensure that your blinds and curtains stay in place forever once we install them.

Measuring Service
Are you planning to order your curtains and blinds online but do not feel confident with a tape measure? Don’t take the risk and measure wrong, it could be a costly mistake. Let Reading Handyman worry about it instead. We’ll come and measure your windows and give you the exact measurements which you will need to enter when ordering online.
Curtains and blinds measuring service will cost you £30 for the first window and £7 for each additional window or door we measure.
