Extremely dirty patio cleaned and pressure washed in Caversham 👌👍 The main issue with this patio is the lack of drainage. There is literally no drainage available and all the water just sits there for days. The owners were not aware of the problem and it’s not an easy fix.

Before you hire someone to build your patio make sure that it will have adequate drainage. Either a soakaway box or something similar. This patio is enclosed with walls from 3 sides so there is no way for water to drain properly.
