Extractor fan replaced in Emmer Green. Took the cover off and a massive piece of compressed dust just fell down on the floor 😏🙄 Most high-end fans will have a removable filter which you can take out and clean but unfortunately, most homes come with cheap extractor fans which you can not clean easily so sometimes it’s more feasible to replace them. This particular fan was completely dead. The board was fried due to dust and moisture buildup.
