Mouldy bathroom painted, mould treated, grout rejuvenated. What a transformation in under 4h. I suspect the tenants switched off the extractor fan (isolator switch) in order to save on electricity.
The fan works as it should and it’s not noisy but it was switched off when we arrived. This flat is ready for new tenants.
