This is one of those “simple” jobs that required a lot planning and dealing with the manufacturer. The main issue was that the bars will go onto a plasterboard but because of the weight and pulling force when in use the manufacturer advised against it. Our client really wanted these bars in order to complete his home gym setup so we had to come up with a solution that will work and more importantly work well and be safe. Plasterboard was reinforced and extra long plugs and screws were used in order to make it solid. We also had to shorten the bars a bit and as you can see manged to create a perfect cut with our electric saw
